To ensure your edition is brand new and in perfect condition when you place your order, we arrange for your order to be shipped directly to us from our licensed partner in the USA, based on our allocated stock levels. These orders are expedited using express priority services with FedEx or UPS. Once dispatched from the USA, these editions typically reach our warehouse within 4-6 business days.

Delivery Timelines to Your Location:

- Unframed & Pre-Framed Orders: Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
- *Custom* Framed Orders: After your edition arrives in our warehouse and we receive your approval for the framing design, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for production.

Our Trusted Delivery Providers:

We exclusively employ premium delivery services when delivering your investments to your doorstep. Your orders will be shipped using trusted carriers such as Star Track Express, TNT Express, or Australia Post Express. All deliveries are accompanied by online tracking, transit insurance, and require a signature upon delivery. For orders sent to a PO Box, we utilize either Star Track Express or Australia Post Express.

Customs Import & Clearance Fees:

Rest assured, all prices advertised are the final prices you will pay. We cover all customs and government clearance fees and handle all necessary paperwork for our Australian clients. Our dedicated customs clearance agents ensure the swift release of items upon arrival in Australia. This meticulous process is something you need not worry about when ordering from Gallery of Sports; we handle it all on your behalf.

International Customers:

With the exception of *Custom* Framed Orders, all orders will be shipped directly from our licensed partner in the USA. This streamlines transit times to your location. For our US residents, no import government taxes will apply.

For customers in other countries, please be aware that Gallery of Sports cannot be held responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your local customs or government agencies. We provide all necessary documentation with your order to facilitate its prompt release once it arrives at your delivery location.

Please Note: Occasionally, products sent to us by our international partners are allocated on a per-order basis and may be subject to availability. We routinely monitor inventory for all editions listed on our website and maintain direct access to stock availability.

In the rare event that editions become unavailable between our stock checks and updates from our international partners, and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will offer you an alternative edition or provide a full refund. However, such situations and refunds are extremely uncommon due to our rigorous stock control practices.
